day 92: "a friend to the scriptures"

In B's baby blessing, he was told that he would be "a friend to the scriptures".  I love that phrase.  And I hope that as a mother I can help him to live up to that potential.  My heart soars each time I see him engrossed with the scriptures...which is often.  At least once a day, he grabs his little scriptures and plops down on the floor.

One of his favorite ways of learning the scripture stories is this book of photos called Reflections of Christ.  We love it.  Each photo depicts a scene from the Savior's life and we talk about the story while we look at the picture.  He loves it with all his heart.  Not to mention, the photos are breathtaking and I love learning from them in a student-of-photography way.
