For my birthday a year ago, my family members gave me cash, because the things I wanted were too expensive for any one person to get. Well, after spending almost a year looking for a good deal, I finally found the perfect thing! A new telescoping lens for my camera. Just look at that bokeh in the background! Ahhh!!! J-Love, my always-willing-participant posed for my very first shot with this beauty, and for a first go, I'm pretty swoon-in-love.
Can't wait to capture more beautiful portraits of my children with this lens...I have a feeling it will be a favorite for my Eden girl, who hates having her picture taken. I'm able to be much less "in-your-face" while still getting a close up with beautiful blur in the background. BLISS! And a HUGE thank you to my wonderful family for being so generous with their gifts last January so that I could purchase something that will bring so much joy and happiness to me and capture so many memories for us to treasure.
